If a process only lives in your head, you can't hand it to a teammate, a contractor or an AI agent. This skill turns however you'd explain it into a procedure someone with no context could follow.

What it does

Paste a voice-note transcript, a bullet dump or a rambling description. It pulls out six essentials: the name, who runs it, what triggers it, what "done" looks like, the tools involved, and how often it runs. It asks only for what's missing, at most three questions at a time, and always asks what has gone wrong before, because edge cases are where most procedures fail.

It never invents steps or tools. Real gaps are marked [TO CONFIRM].

What you get

A clean procedure with an overview, tools, numbered steps that start with a verb, edge cases, a done checklist, and a handoff test: could someone with zero context finish this using only this page?

The detail level matches who runs it: expanded for someone else, compact for you, and explicit inputs and decision rules if an AI agent will run it. It adds extra sections only when the process needs them, like an escalation path for delegated work.

At the end, it notes which steps an AI could take over.

Try it

  • "Write an SOP for how I publish my newsletter:" followed by your notes
  • "I want to delegate client onboarding, here's what I do"
  • "Turn this into a checklist an assistant could follow"
